Trading Psychology & Execution
I work with professional traders to improve execution under pressure and reduce behavioural errors that impact performance.
What I Do
Most trading issues are not strategic.
They are behavioural.
hesitation on entry
premature exit from profitable positions
holding losses beyond defined limits
over trading
deviation from established process
These are not knowledge gaps.
They are execution breakdowns under pressure.
I work directly on the moments where these breakdowns occur.
Focus Areas
Consistency in decision-making
Adherence to trading plans
Performance under stress
Reduction of behaviour-driven P&L volatility
Clarity and stability in execution
Approach
The work is direct and practical.
We focus on decision-making in live market conditions, behavioural responses under pressure, and the moments where execution breaks down.
The objective is simple:
Improve execution by addressing the internal responses that interfere with it.
About
I spent 7 years as a market maker at Goldman Sachs within the fixed income division, trading European and emerging market high yield across developed and emerging markets.
I then spent three years as a proprietary trader at Parabar, managing risk and trading my own capital in similar markets.
This experience provided direct exposure to the behavioural demands of trading under pressure — where execution, not strategy, determines outcomes.
Following this, I focused on understanding decision-making and behaviour under stress, drawing from both Western psychological frameworks and contemplative disciplines.
I now apply this work directly to trading, with a focus on improving execution and reducing the internal factors that interfere with performance.
Engagement
Work is conducted on a 1:1 basis with a small number of traders..
